Chris was good. He fixed the air conditioner . He was reliable and showed up even though it was late in the day. That was appreciated.
Dom provided excellent service by arriving at time he said he would and then did a thorough cleaning and installation of the filter . He also aptly answered questions I had. Plan to get the maintenance plan set up due to his efficiency.
Ben did an excellent job! He got us up and running in no time! Schraer is the place to call! We've used them for years.They are very honest and don't try to upsale you with products you don't need. We had Servant out first and they told us we needed an additional part that was going to cost is an extra $1500. Then were quoting us for a completely new system! If we didn't call Schraer for a 2nd opinion we might have been talked into spending $7500 more. You can definitely trust them.
Allen was wonderful! He was informative and not pushy. He asked what was important to us and what we were looking for.
Dan and Cole were amazing! They arrived on time and were polite the entire time they were installing our HVAC. As soon as they finished they walked us through everything. Showing us shut offs incase of an emergency, showed us the changes they made, and cleaned up after themselves. If that wasn't enough they also were considerate of our pets. Dan and Cole were PHENOMENAL! Honestly for a hot and crappy situation Allen, Dan, and Cole made it a little less terrible. Thank you guys so much!
I was new to needing HVAC services but felt very comfortable with Schraer. They gave me a very fair estimate, and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Nate, Nathan, and Dave specifically did a fantastic job replacing my two furnaces after I moved into my new house. The original units were very old and one was in a very tight spot, but they were diligent in getting the job done within the day, with very high quality work, and performed a spotless cleanup after. Highly recommend!
Edited to add: After calling, I received my estimate from Allen with an hour, and he was able to schedule my job for just two days later! It was a relief that they were able to fit me in so quickly.

Nathan and Nate did an outstanding install on our new HVAC unit.
Very courteous and polite, answered any and all questions throughly.
Used drop clothes and took all trash with them, including the old unit and compressor .

Cole Wolfe did an amazing job getting our AC up and running! He was very knowledgeable and able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly.
I couldn't be happier. Dom came out promptly to try to fix my 25 year old unit. It was too far gone. Rick came out the next morning and had a quote for a new unit by mid morning. Chris, Dan, and Al were out to install the new unit. Everyone was polite and thoughtful. The installers were very knowledgeable and thorough. The only way to know they were here is....I have a new unit!
